Holding dual Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management, Namolongo has expertise across the entire construction lifecycle—from geotechnical analysis and structural design to luxury interior finishing and MEP systems integration. His portfolio includes major projects such as the B+G+10 high-rise apartments in Golf-Bastos and the Hartford International School.
